2. Purchase Process

• By making a purchase in our online store, the customer accepts all the conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
• The purchase process involves the following steps:
1. Product selection.
2. Order review.
3. Entry of shipping and billing details.
4. Selection of the payment method.
5. Order confirmation.
• The purchase is considered formalised once the payment has been confirmed and the customer has received an order confirmation notification.

3. Payment Conditions

• We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal and other methods available at checkout.
• Product prices include the applicable VAT and no additional charges will be applied during the payment process, except for shipping costs, if any, which will be calculated when placing the order.

4. Shipping and Deliveries

• Delivery time varies depending on the customer's location. Approximate delivery times will be indicated when placing the order.
• Shipping costs, if any, will be calculated automatically during the purchase process.
• The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and details. If the address is incorrect and the package does not arrive, we are not liable.

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with the right of withdrawal recognised in the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
• Return costs will be free of charge only in cases where:
• The product has manufacturing defects.
• The product has suffered damage during transport.
• In the case of returns due to voluntary withdrawal (when the customer decides to return the product without any defect or error in the order), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• To process a return, the customer must provide images or videos demonstrating the condition of the product at the time of return.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that:
• Have been damaged by the customer.
• Do not have adequate packaging.
• Have been used, personalised or show obvious signs of use.
• Packaging requirements: the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its protections, manuals and accessories, in a condition as close as possible to the one received.
• To request a return, the customer must first contact our customer service by sending an email to info@icscooter.com, indicating the order number and reason for the return.
• If the product arrives defective or damaged during transport, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 2 calendar days from receipt of the order, attaching images or videos that prove it, so we can assess how to proceed.
• Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund of the amount paid will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All the content of the online store (texts, images, logos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of LOBITO IC, SL. Its use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• LOBITO IC, SL is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products sold.
• Nor are we responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or problems with transport providers.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute related to these Terms and Conditions, an amicable solution will be sought. If this is not possible, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain.

9. Modification of Terms

• LOBITO IC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any change will be published on the website and will apply to orders placed after the publication date.
