Quality Policy
The management of LOBITO IC, S.L. (ICe) is aware of the importance of meeting its customers' needs and the requirements applicable to the marketing of electric mobility vehicles (scooters and bicycles), muscle-powered bicycles, accessories and fireproof protection systems for electric scooters, as well as of advancing towards continuous improvement. It therefore commits to:
- Developing and implementing a Quality Management System that ensures compliance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard, and communicating it to interested parties.
- Making continuous improvement its working tool, setting and periodically reviewing the specific objectives of that improvement process.
- Complying with the legal and regulatory requirements related to the marketing of electric mobility vehicles, muscle-powered bicycles and fireproof protection systems.
- Promoting the participation and responsibility of all company employees in the operation of the Quality System, in order to ensure the quality of its products and processes.
- Establishing the procedures and means to control the entire process, from technical advice to the customer through to the delivery of their orders.
- Providing the company and its processes with the best human capital and the most advanced equipment for the marketing of its products.
This policy is in line with the values of LOBITO IC, S.L. (ICe) and must be known, understood and upheld by everyone who is part of it.
Its implementation is a fundamental objective of Management and the responsibility of all its employees.
