Refund policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with the right of withdrawal recognised by the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
  • Return shipping costs will be free of charge only in cases where:
    * The product has manufacturing defects.
    * The product has been damaged in transit.
  • For returns due to voluntary withdrawal (when the customer decides to return the product without any defect or order error), the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • To process a return, the customer must provide photos or videos showing the product's condition at the time of return.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that:
    * Have been damaged by the customer.
    * Lack adequate packaging.
    * Have been used, personalised or show obvious signs of use.
  • Packaging requirements: the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all protections, manuals and accessories, in a condition as close as possible to that in which it was received.
  • To request a return, the customer must first contact our customer service by sending an email to info@icscooter.com, indicating the order number and reason for the return.
  • If the product arrives defective or damaged in transit, the customer must notify us within a maximum period of 2 calendar days from receipt of the order, attaching photos or videos that prove it, so we can assess how to proceed.
  • Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund of the amount paid will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
